Are you ready to commit to your emotional growth, deepen your self-awareness, and step into a more authentic version of yourself?

Men’s Circle Brussels is an intentional, English-speaking men's group in Brussels designed for men who are ready to do the real work. This is your invitation to step out of isolation and join a brotherhood of 6–8 participants (plus two facilitators) on a 9-month journey of healing, acceptance, and self-exploration.

Why a closed circle?

This is not a drop-in workshop. When you join, you commit to showing up for all eight sessions. By locking the container, we create a rare level of psychological safety, trust, and commitment. This allows the group to move past superficial small talk, offering a space for genuine openness and sustained brotherhood in moments of vulnerability.

The journey

In the first session, the group will collaboratively determine the themes for all sessions. Each session focuses on topics relevant to your identity as a man. The chosen themes are prepared by the facilitators.

Previous sessions focused on topics such as:

What are the "masks" you wear to feel accepted by others?
What do you truly desire when you speak with your most authentic voice?
How can you maintain a grounded, healthy presence in your intimate relationships?
How do you build the resilience to handle setbacks when you step out vulnerably as your true self?

A holistic approach

Each 2.5-hour session is highly interactive. You don't just sit and talk; you engage your mind, heart, and body using an array of proven methods:

Dynamic check-ins and structured sharing circles
Guided meditations and individual reflection
Somatic (body-focused) methods and systemic constellation work

Connection between sessions

To ensure your insights don't just stay in the workshop room, you will be paired with a dedicated buddy from the circle to keep you accountable and supported between our monthly gatherings. You will also have the chance to book dedicated coaching sessions.
